"Sorry, your user name or password wasn't quite right. Please try again" repeated error despite knowing my user email and password

I can’t login in to my account. I have tried updating my password many times, updating my browser etc. and it keeps coming up with the same error. When I try updating my password to the one it currently is it says I can’t change my pw to my existing pw...but then doesn’t seem to recognise this pw when I try and login again!

 

How do I get out of this loop??
