My app will not let me increase my spending cap, keeps coming up with the oops message!

Okay @Kjdavies63, the “iD Mobile app & My Account online.” forum article suggests if you can’t do it using the ‘new’ iD app, nor the ‘new’ “My iD Account” online, use their online Live Chat service.
