Supplied PAC code, now neither sim works

Hi,

I have just bought a 2nd sim for my daughters phone and went ahead with the porting of her number across from three.   Switch was due to happen yesterday and her 3 sim went dead however her ID mobile sim now refuses to connect to the network.  I have tried switching off and on and manual network selection but nothing happening.

Help!

Does your daughter’s iD SIM work in another phone @gadget1974
Perhaps she’s got a damaged or faulty SIM card.

Got a new sim,  and it's exactly the same issue.  Tried them in multiple phones and no network. Tried to manually join network but no joy.

Tbh not sure what they did in the shop as I didn't get to give her the mobile number to link it to

A replacement SIM card needs to be activated before you can use it with iD Mobile services.

Did the shop tell you how to do this @gadget1974
