I’m having trouble transferring my old number over to my new ID account. I’ve tried several times to submit PAC and other information and the app and website continually says there’s a problem. Please help 🙏

Speak to a live chat agent and provide them with the number you want to port over and the PAC.

In most cases the transaction number is incorrect as it can often be mistaken for the order number.
