I have just bought an Iphone from Id Mobile and got a new number with it. I currently have an old contract still active with ID Mobile and would like to swap my new number with my old number. Is this possible?

Currently you can’t transfer a number from one iD contract to another iD contract
To use the number you want to keep with your new iD contract, you’d need to perform a triangle port.
- Get a PAC for the old iD contract.
- Give the PAC to another service provider.
- Wait several days - get a PAC from the other provider, for number to want to keep.
- Use the PAC from step 3) with the latest iD contract - the one you plan to keep.
It’s a faff doing all this, but you should be able to use your old number with the new contract.

Unfortunately it isn’t possible to move a number from one iD Mobile plan to another one directly.
Numbers can only be transferred from another network via PAC code.
