Switch to iD Mobile

I am trying to switch from a previous provider to iD mobile. I’ve got my PAC code and have entered all the correct information on the form on the website, however I get the following message:

We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted.

I’ve tried using the live chat feature on the website but can’t get through to a person.

If the online form doesn’t work, best alternative is the iD Live Chat, @Neil24.

Avoid the annoying 24/7 chat-bot by typing “talk to a person” while using the online chat.

The Live Chat advisers are available 9am - 8pm on weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekends & Bank Holidays.
