Took out a new sim only contract with ID mobile with eSIM, currently using iPhone 13, switched my number from 3
it’s been 3 days now since switch, internet has been working fine, but I am unable to make or receive calls and texts, switched phone off many times, reset network settings, but the problem has not resolved.
When I call from another number to this number, I can hear the ringing tone but this phone never rings.
phone is fairly new and there was no issue before this eSIM. This id eSIM is the only sim in this iPhone 13 as I have removed the old sim.
Please help as I am new to ID mobile, and any help and advice is very much appreciated .
