Since switching over to ID last week + porting my number. Some people can't contact me, it says number not available. It seems its people that are on O2 or BT ?

Did you port over from O2?
Is it an issue with calls and texts or just calls? Are you able to call out to those numbers?

Ported from Sky, I can call & message everybody. Its just people calling or messaging me. They can call me through WhatsApp
