I tried to set up for my husband and I online but got a message on screen that I needed to call & speak to someone as there was an issue with our account set up. There was no number to call and I can’t find one.
We are currently paying £90.00 per month to O2 as well as payment to ID Mobile, please can this be sorted quickly?

iD Mobile don’t have a telephone support helpline
Customer help & support is 100% online at iD Mobile.
Unfortunately, it seems there’s currently an issue with number transfers from O2.
