switching plans error

Every tme I try to switch plans it's says "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again". Tried on mobile and web.

Welcome to the Community!

Are you currently in contract at the moment?

Is the deal you are seeing a cheaper deal?

If the deal you are seeing is cheaper and you are still in contract you won’t be able to change plans.

Whilst in contract you can’t change to a cheaper deal but you can look at deals that are more than your current one.

If you aren’t in contract and are having issues, let us know and we will PM you.
