When do I put the new Idmobile sim into phone to replace old one? At the start of the transfer? I.e., 8am?

I’d suggest doing this after 5pm on the day the number transfer is scheduled to happen @Helen Victoria.

    Hi @Helen Victoria 

     

    I’d recommend similar to what @andewhite has.

     

    I’d personally recommend staying on your old network’s SIM card until it switches off, once it does, switch over to the iD Mobile one.
