Switching to ID mobile and keep my pervious number. Unable to submit PAC? Help please.

When I click on the link it says URL not reconsider. Contact administrator? Can this be resolved ASAP. Or is there another link/way to submit PAC to keep my number? Thanks

First, LOGOUT of your iD Community account @Kris Romer.

After you’ve logged out, submit your PAC at https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn

Alternatively, use the iD online chat service and submit the PAC through an agent.
