Switching User When i Upgrade

I bought my current phone when I was 16, so my mum had to put it in her name. She pays, and in my ID app it even welcomes her instead of me. But I’ll be switching soon, and since I’m 18, I’ll be paying. But when I switch, will it just stay under her name, and will she be paying this time too? How do I change it to be under my name, is that an option at any point?

Hi @beereve, there’s no way of doing this directly, as iD Mobile doesn’t support transfer of ownership right now. There is a bit of a workaround, but it would require porting your number to a different provider and then back again. See this link for details.
