text message not receiving

Hi, I've got problem with text messages.Text message not receiving from anybody exclude ID mobile. Messages send normally, calls normally. Check sim card with other smartphone same problem. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem also on my Samsung Galaxy note 9 for about a week now. I can send texts but not receive them. Calls are being received. 

 

Any ideas why iD mobile???
