The WORST signal ever!!

I've been with ID mobile for about 4 months now and my question is this... why is the signal so sh*t??

 

Checked the coverage checker before I bought and my area gets 4G, there are no outages, I get 4G and full bars a lot of the time yet it feels more like 2G?!

 

What's up with that? Why is it so damn slow?

 

I moved to ID mobile to save some money but now I'm actually regretting it and would actually prefer to pay double and at least have reliable signal that is actually 4G and does what it says!! 

 

Stuck in a contract now so can't move just yet unfortunately

Sounds like there could be ongoing network congestion in your area @Ben Bruce. 

Have you got 5G signal coverage at your location?

It's been the same for months even if I was to leave my area

No 5G in my area

If I was to go somewhere that has 5G then it's not really a problem

Perhaps 5G (on iD Mobile) will be available in your area, before 2025.

Data speeds are completely variable, the coverage checker is an approximation and isn’t always completely correct, although we try to make it as accurate as possible.

 

Please could you provide the postcode(s) where you’ve had issues?

 

How long have you had issues here?
