third party cancellation on behalf of my dad

My dad is 82 and has capacity issues and ID mobile have sent me a second letter for a bailiff for £12.48p

he no longer has the phone and it's not capable of using one we are trying to cancel and getting no help.

We cannot get through to anybody only the chatbot it is embarrassing and ridiculous and I am quite frankly disgusted at the level of customer service.

Can anybody please help me someone from ID mobile I have been an id mobile customer for a quite a while.

My number is 07754 158 402 if someone can please help me I would be so grateful.

I'm on the edge of complaining because this is not acceptable that my dad should have a bailiff knocking on his door.

My brother and I are not happy about what is going on.

Hi Will

No we don’t have power of attorney he he has a psychiatric condition & was never willing to do it.

Last time this happened my brother paid it (he does dad’s banking) but we cannot carry on like this & because you are now an internet based company we’ve tried & tried but cannot get through.

 

If someone can call me (I’m an ID customer) then we can resolve this my No is 07754 158412

I can then arrange for someone to call me when I’m with my Dad & he can cancel it.

We can’t keep on having bailiffs letters as it’s unfair, we just need to cancel it & he would be happy to do that, or if we can just cancel it now as our dad is very frail.
