My dad is 82 and has capacity issues and ID mobile have sent me a second letter for a bailiff for £12.48p
he no longer has the phone and it's not capable of using one we are trying to cancel and getting no help.
We cannot get through to anybody only the chatbot it is embarrassing and ridiculous and I am quite frankly disgusted at the level of customer service.
Can anybody please help me someone from ID mobile I have been an id mobile customer for a quite a while.

I'm on the edge of complaining because this is not acceptable that my dad should have a bailiff knocking on his door.
My brother and I are not happy about what is going on.
