I’ve switched from ee to ID and I think ID has turned on safeguard thinking I’m under 18. How can I turn this off or do I have to contact ID?

You can turn off the adult content filter via your iD Mobile account or the app.
To add or remove the restriction, simply log in to your iD app or log in to my account area and select 'services', then toggle adult content filtering 'on' or 'off'.
