Both of my sons have pay as u go sims but for some reason they can't top up via the app or online just keeps saying oops looks like somethings gone wrong please try again which they have been for at least a week.

Two things
- The card holder address and the iD PAYG account’s billing address must be the same.
- To make sure card address matches the billing address, use the online address picker to set these two addresses - often when you enter an address manually, it seems to make iD Mobile’s billing system to behave strangely.
