If your EE online account contained two mobile numbers, this could cause problems when switching to iD Mobile.

To successfully switch both numbers from EE to iD, with minimum fuss, you’d need an EE PAC for each number being switched over to iD Mobile.

Did you have a PAC for each number being switched, @Pippa Murray?

yes two different codes, different accounts/emails etc.  Shouldn’t be a problem.  Was offered a great deal to stay with EE too :( this sucks.  Cannot believe no one has contacted me to say 1) sorry there’s a delay and 2) we’ll get it sorted.  Dreadful service.

Perhaps you could argue iD Mobile are a no-frills operator.

No telephone support helpline - all help & support is online, primarily via Live Chat, Facebook Messenger, and X (formerly Twitter) DM. This forum is mainly somewhere for iD customers to try and help one another.

If your switch has been delayed for 2-weeks, perhaps iD don’t care or could be understaffed?
