Hi,
New to ID Mobile. Trying to arrange tranfer of my old No., and have PAC code, but do not have transaction code, never recieved the "Welcome" e-mail from ID Mobile.
And have tried transferring, and YOU DO need the transaction number.
Is there a way i can speak to a physical person from ID who can help correct their error.

Before you do that, did you submit a request to keep your number when making your initial purchase? If so, what date did you select?
If you did not, check your spam/junk folders for the Welcome to iD email.
