Good Morning All,

 

I have recently joined iD and i used a pac code to transfer my old number over - i selected 12th July for this to happen.

today is the 14th and nothing has happened yet…

does anyone know how long it takes for this request to be actioned?

Okay @Mahin, you’d better ‘talk’ to iD Mobile customer service privately using their online live chat, Facebook Messenger, or by Twitter DM. 

The agents work until at 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
