Transfer old number to new esim

Hi everyone,

Ordered an esim and was hoping the porting over of my old number would be a smooth part of the process, which it wasn’t. Is there a way that I can port my old number (from another provider and regular SIM) to me new ID eSIM?

You should be able to get a PAC from your old provider, and then give their PAC to iD Mobile, @Nalmond92.

To move a number from your old provider to iD Mobile, you’ll need to request a PAC code from your previous provider and use the below;

I’m having the same issue, when I added the eSIM there was no new mobile number to enter when submitting my PAC code. There was also no new mobile number provided on my Welcome Email as suggested in many of the help sections!
