transferred with PAC, number now not recognised

I have transferred from GG to I.D because my signal is poor. I am a front line NHS clinician and it is imperative I can be contacted 24/7.

It now transpires that;

  1. ID coverage is even worse than GG, despite your coverage map say the contrary
  2. My number, despite me using a PAC is now not recognised
  3. I am unable to have any comms with ID support.

As if I am not under enough stress presently, utter failure on every count by ID.

And now I’m not receiving a PAC code when I request one, as I’ll be going back to GiffGaff.

I have had emails from colleagues saying my number is not recognised

And…. now the ID website doesn’t recognise me when  try to log in, can this get any better?
