Have you just joined iD Mobile and received your new iD SIM card @Phester?

Try putting the new iD SIM card in a handset, and then call/text a friend or family member.
They should be able to tell you the initial mobile number allocated to your new (activated) iD SIM card.

Hi @Phester,

Welcome to the Community!

You should have received a welcome email which contains a transaction number starting with the number 4.

This can sometimes be sent to junk or spam so it may be worth checking there.

If you don’t have the transaction number, please let us know and we can PM you.

Kash
