Uber App OTP text not being received

I’ve downloaded the Uber app but for some reason the activation code isn’t coming through by text and they have advised that it maybe that iD have blocked it.

Sorry to hear that.

Have you recently joined and ported your number?

 

Double check that the number is correct on Uber’s registration process also.

Try restarting the handset and re-requesting this.

If you still have issues, please let us know so we can raise this.

Just in case you’re still facing trouble with OTP’s we’ve sent you a private message so that we can have this looked at for you.

Hi, I have the same problem. have followed all of you’re previous advice posts regarding not recieved OTP messages. All my normal texts and calls work fine, I just can’t recieve OTP.

i have logged in and out of I message, face time etc. i turned my phone off for 10 hours, nothing works.

 

any help much appreciated :)

it has to be a technical issue that needs sorting on you’re end
