Unable to access account

Hi, hoping someone from support can chime in here…

I’m trying to access my account but it is not accepting my login details stored in my password manager.

So, I try and retrieve my username/password to make sure all is OK but it will not accept either my mobile number, surname or DOB. I have tried the mobile number I was given when signing up and the mobile number I transferred over but still no joy. I know my surname and DOB is correct.

Sometimes by just entering your SURNAME in CAPITAL letters, and omitting any hyphens (if present) things work. 

Are you sure that you’ve registered for an online iD account @callie?

Hmm, this is slightly embarrising… I tried registering just in case, if only to prove I had registered and low and behold, it allowed me to regester.

 

Kind of concerning that I had credentials saved in my password manager yet wouldnt work.
