Unable to log in to My Account or the iD Mobile app

Hi

 

I set up a phone account for my child and she’s been able to use her phone completely fine but cannot log in to her account. I have her phone number but when we enter the details at https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/forgot-username/  we just get the message “Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?” which isn’t really that helpful. I tried the live chat bot but that wasn’t helpful. Does anyone know how we can get access to her account or speak to a support person?

Has an account been registered for that phone number before?

 

If not, it may present this error when attempting to reset a username/password as the account itself doesn’t exist, please register an account.

 

If you do have a registered account for this number and no longer have access to this, please let us know so we can get in touch.
