Just got back from Spain and I am unable to make a call to any of my contacts, even my wife who was with me, when making a call it says number not assigned? But all work in the UK, date roaming is on even tried +34 or +44 the only way I can ring my wife is if she rings me then I can call her by using recent calls? And she is on id, same phone same settings and she can make call? 🤷♂️

No I never, didn't cross my mind, with it working in the UK and my wife's phone working, will try it when I'm next in Spain, hopefully it works, thanks for replying.

I'm in Spain and am having the same issue, been on with ID mobile on numerous occasions, no joy. They upped my cap to one pound. Then I had a missed call from the complaints team, when I called them back it used all my cap and therefore cut me off. Roaming is definitely on, because I can text and use data when our and about. Not happy at all, I have been an ID customer for years. My husband is with ID and his phone works fine

When I tried calling my partner in Spain, I get the message to contact my provider as the number I am calling from is not available??..she calls me...then I use call back and I can get through, but not by calling from my contacts?
Very odd ..I have data roaming etc all enabled.

I get a message to contact customer services when I dial out, but... weirdly...if I hit my recent calls and press the received call icon from my partner it will connect?
