I switched to an ID Mobile eSIM 2 days ago for my iPhone 15 Pro and I am unable to make any calls.
I have received texts and I am able to use my data fine. I have tried restarting the phone, resetting network settings. I have tried different locations and have checked both ID and Three’s coverage checker which show there are no problem.
I have also tried using WiFi calling but this does not work either.
I have tried contacting support via Live Chat but they have only suggested what I have already tried.
I have noticed when I make a call I’ll have 3 or 4 bars of 4G. Then a few seconds into making the call the signal bars drop down to 1. Once I have finished the call, the bars of signal return to their original strength.
Any help please?
