Unable to make calls even though I have minutes and signal
Tried to make a call today an got as far as a voice telling me I was out of minutes and needed to add more etc. Upon checking my minutes using the app I found that I did in fact have loads (300) so I don't really know what the problem is as I'm not on the phone a lot so won't have used those minutes that day or anything. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Bit of a long shot this but do you have your usage cap set to £0.00 and was the number you were calling part of the inclusive minutes allowed in your allowance?

As far I'm aware the number I called was a standard mobile number so shouldn't have had extra charges however my cap was set at £0 so I upped that to £5 and it seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for your help 🙂
