Unable to make or receive phone calls


Hi I cannot make or receive mobile phone calls. I use 5G network, my number is showing perfectly fine and I am able to only use mobile data.

I’m exactly the same, I’ve been trying to contact the doctor for an emergency appointment since 8am, been through the help article and nothing has worked, can’t even use WiFi calling. I’ve tried contacting them on messenger too but I’m getting desperate as I’ve no other way of calling the GP
