We'll be able to raise a ticket to our Technical Team to investigate further as it's possible the port has only partially completed.

My son as a new phone with ID his old number has transferred today he is able to make calls but not receive calls?

This usually does happen as the porting process has not been comepleted. Is your son still having the same issue?
