I signed on with iD on 20/09/2023 and requested to keep my old number. Switching over was arranged for today, 26/09/2023. My old provider has disconnected my phone and iD has not migrated me to their network. I tried registering but it was sending the security code to the sim that had been disconnected and so I was not getting it.
I need my phone for work and I am travelling in two hours and need to be contactable. This is urgent. I need phone contact restored as a matter of urgency. If I don’t get an answer in the next two hours, I would have no other option than to go back to my old provider.
