unacceptable network coverage

Impossible to use ID Mobile with navigation apps as coverage in UK is so patchy. When compared to my previous contracts with O2 and EE coverage is unreliable, may need to break contract and leave

If you are within the cooling off period and do not see any improvement in your signal you can return the contract.

If you’re unhappy with coverage then take advantage of the cooling off period and cancel the contract.
