Made a call to a UK mobile from my UK mobile whilst in the USA on 14th November. This lasted for 4 minutes and 10 seconds. According to the roaming charges link ID had sent me via text I expected this call to be charged at £1.68 per minute. However I have been charged £30.00 for this call when I view my latest bill. Please can it be explained why?
