I found a cheaper plan on carphone warehouse but it’s still with iDmobile, is there a chance I can get this deal rather than the ones which have appeared in my upgrade plans?

I got my contract through Carphone warehouse as for some reason its cheaper than on ID'S website, If I was you I would goto curry's and ask as atleast that way you speak to a human

The deal you’re looking at may be a new line deal and not an upgrade deal, we’d recommend making sure the deal is an upgrade deal but yes, you’ll be able to upgrade through Currys/Carphone Warehouse or iD Mobile directly.
