Having been with ID for 4 years and recently upgraded, my upgrade was to include a free set of belker headphones which have not arrived also my phone arrived with just a phone to phone cable no charger no usb cable. As i have not had a problem from day 1 with ID Im just wondering is this normal now? would appreciate any information that can be shared.

Perhaps you didn’t meet all the eligibility criteria for the offer
Otherwise - unfortunately - it’s possible there weren’t enough ear buds available for everybody eligible for this offer, which stated “… or whilst stocks last”.

+26These days, most new handsets don’t include a charger anymore
Some handset makers don’t supply charging cables either, on the basis there’s no charger.
Does the below screenshot show the offer you wanted?

What date did you purchase your upgrade?
Was the plan an unlimited plan?
The charger would depend on the device, most devices typically do not come with a wall charger, just the cable.
