Why are upgrades limited to bottom end phones?

 

I am sim only deal but took out a new ID contract as didn't want offered upgrade. 

 

Had to return pixel 8 and cancel new ID contract as ID mobile so not allow you to change number from one ID mobile contract to another. Disgusted with customer service. 

 

New phone now returned and cancelled. Will seek new provider and leave all together. ID mobile are a joke!

You’ll only see handsets that you are eligible to upgrade to.

If you are unhappy with the options you can call our Sales Team on 0207 1391 397.

Unfortunately you can’t port an iD Mobile number from one account to another.

Well terminated contract now so don't have to worry about this joke of a service.
