Just upgraded to a new phone placed order via calling ID mobile as couldn't get it to go through via the app. Now find that although charger cable was included I need an adapter ( can only charge via laptop). Also need different SIM card went to Currys yesterday no available staff so got Togo back tomorrow. Why wasn't this offered on the call?

Devices typically these days do not come with the plug charger, only the cable itself, as (according to device manufacturers) people typically have the plugs required to charge already, therefore the extra wastage is unnecessary, if you do need one it may be worth visiting your local Currys store for assistance.
The SIM card you already have should work just fine in your new device, what issue have you had with the SIM?

The new phone charger lead cannot use existing charger plug. Yes went to my local Curry's to buy new plugs. SIM did fit but not the SD card but that's fine.
