I was due and upgrade but you online app doesn’t allow this?

No need to rely on the iD app or your “My iD Account” online - discuss your upgrade options with iD by calling 020 7139 1397, @Sharon Stoner

Hi @Sharon Stoner 

 

As long as you’re due an upgrade, the app should present upgrade options to you, in any case you can also call the sales team as suggested above by @andewhite.
