upgrade issue

Hi, I applied for my upgrade which went through but they’ve cut off my current SIM card and left a message straight away saying my new SIM card will be activated in 1 hour this was 2 days ago. I’ve received the phone but no SIM card and can’t receive text messages nothing on my old phone

Have you still got your old iD SIM card @Nathan Hodgson

If so, does it fit in your upgraded device - if yes, does it work?
