upgrade issue


Hi I tried to upgrade my phone this morning to Samsung 24 with double memory and a galaxy watch. I could not get my trade in phone page to work. It would not find my old phone. I had a three hour drive home from work and have logged on to try again. Please can someone contact me as I can't find the deal with the watch. It said it had to be ordered by today !

You might be able to get the watch offer if you purchase a SIM free S24 from the Samsung Shop Online.

Hi just upgraded thought that I would get the 30 GB data for the £8 a month but mine has gone over to 25 GB by the looks of it ? I will be going abroad shortly and just needed to know if I can get the full 30 GB in the EU please?

Welcome to the Community!

I can see from the screenshot that it is a 30GB plan.

You’ll get the 30GB amount once your allowances refresh to use abroad in EU inclusive roaming countries..
