Hi All,

I’ve been with IDMobile for quite a few years now on a 30 day sim only package.  Its been great and I’d like to stay but, the upgrade deals just aren’t good enough so I’ll probably go elsewhere.
Could I go to another provider with Sim only and then come back in a month or so to IDmobile as a new customer, or is there some catch preventing this ?

You can switch to another network and come back the very next day if that is what you want to do. Have you phoned the iD Mobile sales team and asked them what’s the best deal they can do for you? Give them a call tomorrow on 020 7139 1397 and see what they say.

The best solution is to upgrade or switch plans rather than to leave and port back in because you can’t reuse your existing online account to manage a new line.
