switched to new upgrade 6G but now cant get internet connection on my Samsung GalaxyA20e it was working perfectly yesterday so frustrating

Is it Wi-Fi you are unable to connect to or data via your SIM?
If you are having issues with Wi-Fi it may be worth resetting your network settings.
