Upgraded but no confirmation


Hello I just upgraded to a new phone but didn't get an email confirmation. This was on Wednesday so it's been more than 24 hours.

Hi there @ElioFreitas 

Did you place the upgrade order online or through the iD Mobile App?

Have you since had any updates at all since you placed the order?  Generally speaking these would come via email (please check your spam folder in case your inbox has incorrectly filtered a reply there).

Hi, yes it was online. Haven't had any updates since Wednesday.

I've check all folders there's no emails.

Very strange.  It may well be that we’ve received no order from you if that’s the case.

Does it still allow you to look at upgrades within the iD Mobile App or under the Upgrade section of our website when you’re logged in?

Please try another order and let us know how you get on.
