My upgraded iphone 14 isn’t working, it won’t continue past a software upgrade screen, I received it Monday and still isn’t upgrading, I can’t access anything on the phone due to the upgrading screen, I want to sent this current iphone 14 back in return for another one as I’m still having to use my old phone now because the upgraded one doesn’t work

+26Maybe you can take your new iPhone 14 to an Apple or Currys store and the staff should be able to assist upgrading the iOS on your iPhone 14
