Upgraded to Pixel 7a but haven not received free Google Buds

Hello

 

I upgraded to the Pixel 7a and received the phone on Monday, however I did not receive the free Google Buds that were part of an upgrade offer.

 

Please can you help?

Hey @Andrew Whitmore, to be eligible the line rental part of your Pixel 7a order would need to be the £26.99/month unlimited data tariff. 

iD say the buds are worth £89.99, but to get the offer you’ll effectively be paying £48 for these buds - whilst stocks last.

    The offer for Pixel Buds A (Black) is for purchases of the Pixel 7A between 09/08/23 - 27/09/23 and on selected unlimited tariffs, have you selected an unlimited tariff?
