Upgraded to Sim Only, do my payments change automatically?


I have recently upgraded to a Sim only contract for £15 a month as my current contract ends on the 9th September. However my account still says that I need to pay my current contract price of £43.93 when I have already paid off that contract. Have I done something wrong or will it change automatically at the start of the month as I do not want to pay for something I don't need to.

Perhaps you’ve purchased a new connection for your new SIM only plan, instead of upgrading or changing your existing £43.93 contract, @Beth Jane

Hi @Beth Jane 

 

As long as you’ve upgraded the next month will reflect the new price, if the bill has already posted at the old price it’ll charge at that amount this month and adjust next month.
