urgently neefing help with 5 numbet text

Hi can anyone urgently help I need to send a text to a 5 digit number it’s free and it’s for the NHS for the next 2 weeks it won’t let me do it and it’s a must thanks

    iD staff have posted elsewhere in this forum that their replies could take 72-hours.
    Unfortunately, this forum isn’t live chat @Debra2604. 

    I think I’d contact iD support using Facebook Messenger, or Twitter (X) DM in this situation - the agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

    Could you let us know the 5 digit number you’re trying to text?

     

    Are premium texts switched on in your iD Mobile app?

     

    Is your bill cap above £0?
