Hi I'm trying to transfer my number from giffgaff to ID. I got a the ID contract but had a month of minutes to use so kept my number on giffgaff. Now I'm ready to switch, I got the pac code and used it on the site area but it said there is something wrong with the information I'm providing. Can you help me with this?

Has your PAC expired
The code is only valid for 30-days.
Maybe a iD Live Chat customer advisor can help process your PAC,
